Welcome Fall

It has been a crazy busy summer. We have made it through and hope that 2010 will bring much peace and relaxation. The girls are doing well. They are such a joy and have helped me make it through the last few months.

Zoe is in 1st grade and doing so well. She is reading, which is so amazing. It seems like she has something new each day. She is taking soccer and loving it. Her last game is this Saturday. Zoe continues Tae Kwon Do. They had a demonstration at the downtown festival on Halloween. She did great. She gets ready to track out on Friday.

Sydney is going to a mothers morning out program Mon, Wed and Fri at the church we have been attending. Her teacher says she is one of her best kids. She is very determined. She has very little grey area it is pretty black and white for her. She often comes home and says "The boys were not listening." She is so sweet. She is doing very well with her Tae Kwon Do as well.

Riley is Riley. She is not going to be over taken by anyone. She is very very determined and gives her sisters and parents a run for their money. The older two can never get anything out of her hands. She climbs up the ladder to the bunk beds. We have had to take it down during the day. She is starting to talk more. I can't believe how time is flying.

They had a great Halloween. We went to a fall festival at the church and went to trunk or treat. Which was tons of fun. LOTS OF CANDY!!!

I am 35 Today!!!

Spring Festival at Zoe's School

They had a blast at Zoe's Spring festival at school. They had games blow up jumpies and slides. And as you can see they also had hair and face painting. It washed right out of their hair but it took forever to get if off their scalps.

Zoe had field day at school last Friday and got a medal for jogging for five minutes straight. The girl loves to run. I can't believe it but in less than 2 months Zoe will be in first grade. She is reading and her writing is getting better each day. She has wonderful teachers. They have a behavioral chart that is a bug on a flower ad if you get spoken to you have to move your bug off the flower on to the leaf and then to the floor. Zoe has never had to move her bug. She is such a good and quiet girl at school. I can't imagine where Sydney and Riley's bug will be. They are a bit more strong willed. Time will tell.

Sydney starts preschool this fall. She is so excited. I can't wait for her to start this adventure.

Riley is Off and Running

Riley started walking a few more steps last weekend and now is full speed ahead. She seems so little to be walking. She is going to give her big sisters a run for their money. Riley is into everything!!! She is getting big she is wearing 12 month clothes and can even fit in some of the 18month clothes.

She had an appointment with the allergist. We were going to do allergy testing but her eczema was so bad they could not do it. The Dr said it was one of the worst cases. He almost made it sound like she had been neglected in care I assured him we have tried every ointment, cream lotion and Zyrtec. We have seen the dermatologist the pediatrician several times regarding the eczema. So he put her on steroids and her skin looks great. We have another appointment tomorrow for testing as the steroids cleared it up but it will come right back now that she is off it. We need to find out what the poor little one is allergic to.
